Hi, I’m Ashley Montrenes, LCSW.
I’ve been doing this work for over a decade, and I remember how overwhelming it felt at first to treat OCD and anxiety — especially when exposures were complicated, clients were avoidant, or my own self-doubt showed up.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, originally trained at Western Psychiatric Hospital's intensive outpatient programs. Over the years, I’ve specialized in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT). I’ve also had the privilege of supervising and training clinicians across levels of experience.
My consultation style is grounded, collaborative, and practical. My goal is to offer a space where you can ask the messy questions, strengthen your clinical instincts, and walk away with tools you actually feel good using.
